Initiative Application – How to prepare?

Goal:	The students will learn the difference between an application to an open position and an initiative application as well as preparing their application accordingly.
Content:	> What are the differences, advantages and disadvantages of an initiative application > Preparation in terms of deciding where to apply and how to find a suitable company > The Contents of a standardized application in Germany (CV, Cover Letter etc.)
