One-Week Field Trip of Barry University MBA Students to Nuremberg

In early December, a group of MBA students and faculty members from Barry University in Miami visited the OHM for a one-week academic field trip. During their stay, the guests were welcomed at our faculty and took part in an intensive academic and cultural program.

The academic component of the visit included joint classes with MBA students from the OPS as well as International Business students from our faculty. These interactive sessions provided valuable opportunities for academic exchange, cross-cultural learning, and lively discussions on current business topics from both European and U.S. perspectives.

The academic program was complemented by a variety of cultural and company visits. Highlights included a visit to the traditional Christkindlesmarkt in Nuremberg, as well as excursions to the Faber-Castell production facilities, and the DATEV Innovation Lab, where students gained practical insights into innovation, digitalization, and corporate culture in Germany.

We hope that our guests enjoyed a successful and inspiring stay, took home many lasting impressions, and established valuable academic and personal connections. We very much look forward to continuing and deepening our exchange with Barry University in the future.
