The Ohm’s self-service portal

In the self-service portal, you can find assistance for using the Central IT services and submit or track requests to Central IT.

  • You can look in a Know-how database to see if there are materials related to your question.
  • You can submit requests directly to the Central IT (you will receive a ticket and a reply as soon as possible).
  • You can track your tickets to the Central IT.

Please note that you will need to use the VPN to access the self-service portal from outside the university network (e.g., via Wi-Fi or off campus).
The portal is in German.
