Central IT support services

More information about and instructions for the IT services at the Ohm is available in the ZIT’s self-service portal. In the self-service portal, you can also submit tickets to ZIT, if you have questions about IT services.

For personal consultations, the IT Service Desk is available. It is located in the KI Building.

Maintenance days

Central IT carries out a maintenance day once every quarter.
