Only two to three per cent of students in Germany currently receive a grant. That figure is very low compared to other industrialized nations. Nuremberg Institute of Technology would like to change that and has been issuing Deutschlandstipendien to students since the winter semester 2011.

The Deutschlandstipendium scholarships are provided by companies, institutions, and individuals, and are doubled with funds from the German government.

Further information on the federal initiative can be found at www.deutschlandstipendium.de.

In cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and many private sponsors, Nuremberg Institute of Technology would like to enable you to study in a concentrated and successful manner with the Deutschlandstipendium scholarship.

The scholarship is intended as a contribution to your living costs. Ideally, it should enable you to concentrate on your studies and, for example, finance a stay abroad.
