The student theatre group at Nuremberg Tech is open to students from all faculties. The project not only comprises performance of plays themselves, but also other roles such as finance, costume-making, scenery, sound and lighting, and so forth. Together with professional direction and with assistance from tutors, the group produces a play of its own, which is ultimately performed for an audience.

The theatre group runs over two semesters and is recognized as an elective. It is also eligible for assessment as part of the “Social Work” degree programme when attended regularly as a subject in the module “Culture, Aesthetics, Movement”. You can find more information in the Student Guide of the Social Work bachelor’s degree programme. (in german)
