Learn more about the Ohm

We have regular information events, both online and on campus for prospective students. Visit one of our general events for information about the Ohm, our degree programmes, how to apply, and starting your studies at the Ohm. There are also events offered by individual degree programmes, where you can hear specific information about the programme, its curriculum, and more.We also regularly offer an online consultation hour for prospective international students.

Current dates

There are no online information sessions or open online consultation hours scheduled in the near future. Events will be published on this site as they are scheduled. 

If you are in Germany, we encourage you to come to Nuremberg for the ‘Studieninfotage’ on 23-24 September on our campus. At the ‘Studieninfotage’ you can learn more about our undergraduate degree programmes, discover innovative projects, join guided tours of the campus led by current students, and more.

Orientation for international students

Every year at the end of September, before the semester begins, the IAS organises an orientation event for new international students.
