Your first port of call for all questions relating to your study programme.

The Student Office - Responsibilities

The Student Office is responsible for the administrative organization of our degree programmes. All questions on topics such as examination or internship matters and other degree programme-specific enquiries are clarified there in a legally binding manner.
On the intranet pages you will find important information on all matters relating to your degree programme, examinations, and internships.

The Student Office is not only the first place to go if you have questions about applying to study, admission, and enrolment at Nuremberg Tech, but also your central port of call for all questions relating to your degree programme, examinations, and internships.

If you would like counseling about choosing a degree programme or about the processes associated with studying, please contact the Student Counseling Service.

Prospective international students who are seeking counseling should contact the  International Office.

How to contact us

Due to the coronavirus pandemic and the configuration of our offices, we have reduced appointments on campus in the Student Office to a minimum. We are not currently offering open consultation hours on campus.

However, we can process practically all requests, applications, and documents easily, and possibly more quickly, via digital means or with a telephone call.

Please contact us via our telephone hotline or directly contact the Student Office staff member responsible for your degree programme. You can reach our staff via telephone, email, or MS Teams without making an appointment .

If an exceptional situation should arise, however, that requires you come to campus, please arrange an appointment with the respective staff member for your concern. An example of an exception could be submitting a final thesis. We will send you final official certificates and letters to you free of charge and without request. There is no need to make an appointment.

Mon, Tues, Thurs: 9.00 am – 4.00 pm      Wed: 9.00 am – 2.00 pm      Fri: 9.00 am – 1.00 pm
