The Student Office is not only the first place to go if you have questions about applying to study, admission, and enrolment at Nuremberg Tech, but also your central port of call for all questions relating to your degree programme, examinations, and internships.

You can find key information relating to all study-related questions on the  Intranet.  Our staff are also happy to help you by telephone or by email. Should we be unable to solve your problem or concern straight away, we will refer you to the appropriate contact.

During the coronavirus pandemic,

courses, seminars, laboratories, etc. are being generally conducted only online . Please check with your Faculty for more information. 

As the current hygiene regulations require keeping personal contact to a minimum, the Student Office will remain closed until further notice. You can reach us via email or telephone during the times listed below.  

Submitting documents 
Please submit documents, e.g., for the practical semester, requests to examination boards, or medical certificates by scanning them and sending them to studienbueroatth-nuernbergPunktde directly from your university email account.  

Final theses (bachelor's/master's thesis) 

For the current semester, summer semester 2021, and for the upcoming winter semester 2021/22, emailing your final thesis in pdf format from your university email account to the first examiner, the responsible Faculty office, and in cc to studienbuero@th-nuernbergPunktde , adequately meets the requirements of the deadline. Please note that depending on the regulations stipulated in the SPO under which you studied at least one printed copy that includes a signed, original Plagiarism Statement (“Eigenständigkeitserklärung”) in the bound format must be submitted. The bound copy of your thesis should be submitted to the responsible Faculty office. More information about submitting final theses is available on the intranet.

We will send you 
final official certificates and letters to you free of charge and without request. You will receive an email from us requesting your current address.

The Student Office will remain closed to the public, due to the coronavirus pandemic, until further notice. Personal meetings are only possibly by appointment and in compliance with hygiene regulations.
