Living in Nuremberg

Nuremberg is a large, modern city with half a million inhabitants. The city is famous for its unique medieval atmosphere and its many attractions – the Imperial Castle, Albrecht Dürer's House, the Christmas market, and the Documentation Center Nazi Party Rally Grounds, to name just a few. Information about the cultural events on offer in the city can be found on the website of the City of Nuremberg.

It is not always easy to find suitable accommodations in Nuremberg. We therefore recommend that you begin looking in good time. For short stays, click here for a list of recommended hotels. For longer stays, the Ohm will provide accommodations in its own university guest rooms, which are located on campus. For all questions regarding accommodations, please contact Stefanie Ueberberg.
