Business Graduation Night Fall 2025 - Abschlussfeier am 27. November 2025

Liebe Absolventinnen und Absolventen, liebe Alumni, liebe Freundinnen und Freunde der Fakultät Betriebswirtschaft,

das Sommersemester 2025 ist zu Ende gegangen – ein schöner Anlass, um zahlreiche Studierende, die ihr Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen haben, feierlich zu verabschieden. Wir laden Sie herzlich zur Business Graduation Night ein – der offiziellen Absolventenfeier der Fakultät Betriebswirtschaft.

Die Veranstaltung findet am Donnerstag, den 27. November 2025, ab 17:00 Uhr im PARKS Nürnberg (Berliner Platz 9, 90409 Nürnberg) statt.

Der Kostenbeitrag für den gesamten Abend beträgt 39 Euro pro Person für Absolventinnen und Absolventen sowie 75 Euro pro Person für Begleitpersonen. Im Preis enthalten sind eine Getränkepauschale (Wasser, Softdrinks, Bier und Wein) sowie ein leckeres Buffet. Weitere Getränke, wie Cocktails oder Spirituosen, können individuell an der Bar erworben werden.

Es wird um Abendgarderobe gebeten. Zeremonielle Roben und Hüte stehen für die Absolvierenden kostenfrei vor Ort zur Verfügung, ebenso ein Fotograf für Erinnerungsfotos.

Jede Absolventin und jeder Absolvent kann maximal zwei Gäste anmelden. Wenn Sie mehr Begleitpersonen mitbringen möchten, tragen Sie diese bitte unter „Anmerkungen“ ein. Die zusätzlichen Gäste werden auf eine Warteliste gesetzt. Eine Rückmeldung zur Teilnahme erfolgt nach Ende des Anmeldezeitraums. Unter „Anmerkungen“ können Sie außerdem angeben, mit welchen Mitstudierenden Sie gerne an einem gemeinsamen Tisch sitzen möchten (max. 2 Wunschpersonen).

Bitte beachten Sie: Ihre Anmeldung wird erst mit dem Eingang des Kostenbeitrags verbindlich. Als Verwendungszweck bei der Überweisung geben Sie bitte an: „BGN November 2025 - Ihr Vorname & Nachname". Nach Zahlungseingang erhalten Sie eine Anmeldebestätigung per E-Mail und werden auf der Teilnehmerliste geführt.

Hinweise: Die Anmeldung ist bis zum Erreichen der maximalen Teilnehmerzahl oder bis zum angegebenen Anmeldeschluss möglich. Das Anmeldeportal kann daher auch vorzeitig geschlossen werden.

Auch Studierende, deren Abschlussarbeiten noch in Korrektur sind oder deren Abschlussdokumente noch ausstehen, können selbstverständlich teilnehmen. Bei der Feier werden ausschließlich symbolische Auszeichnungen vergeben. Die offiziellen Dokumente erhalten Sie wie gewohnt über das Studienbüro.

Während der Veranstaltung werden Foto- und Filmaufnahmen erstellt, die für Zwecke der Veranstaltungsberichterstattung und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit in verschiedenen Medien verwendet werden können.

Business Graduation Night Fall 2025 – Graduation ceremony on 27 November 2025

Dear graduates, dear alumni, dear friends of the Faculty of Business Administration,

The summer semester 2025 has come to an end – a wonderful occasion to bid a festive farewell to the many students who have successfully completed their studies. We cordially invite you to the Business Graduation Night – the official graduation ceremony of the Faculty of Business Administration.

The event will take place on Thursday, 27 November 2025, starting at 5 p.m. at PARKS Nuremberg (Berliner Platz 9, 90409 Nuremberg).

The cost for the entire evening is €39 per person for graduates and €75 per person for accompanying guests. The price includes a beverage package (water, soft drinks, beer and wine) and a delicious buffet. Additional beverages, such as cocktails or spirits, can be purchased individually at the bar.

Evening wear is requested. Ceremonial gowns and hats will be available free of charge for graduates, as will a photographer for souvenir photos.

Each graduate may register a maximum of two guests. If you would like to bring more accompanying persons, please enter them under ‘Comments’. The additional guests will be placed on a waiting list. You will receive confirmation of participation after the registration period has ended. Under ‘Comments’, you can also indicate which fellow students you would like to sit with at the same table (max. 2 people).
