Business Law

The Business Law (LL.M.) master's degree programme was introduced during the 2013/14 winter semester and has since firmly established itself within the Faculty of Business Administration. The follow-on degree programme builds upon a bachelor’s degree through the use of application-oriented teaching and extends basic knowledge in the field.

Students will gain an understanding of specific areas of national and international business and company law, together with their bases in European law. The Master of Laws degree programme is aimed at graduates of the Business Administration or Business Law (LL.B.) bachelor's degree programmes and also at lawyers who have passed their first state examinations.
