The Faculty of Applied Chemistry works with businesses, especially regional business, in various areas. The forms of this collaboration range from simple service provision to long-term development projects.

These services include analytical measurements of all kinds (GC, GC-MS, HPLC, LC-MS, thermoanalytics, rheology, etc.) or synthesizing special compounds.
Larger projects (where not confidential) have included developing wax inks for printer systems, optimizing the solubility of pharmaceutical active substances in new carriers, or synthesizing improved stationary phases for liquid chromatography.

Of course, confidentiality may be agreed for all processes.

One particular advantage for our customers is the close cooperation between the laboratories within the Faculty, allowing contact via a single individual who coordinates any necessary additional work in other laboratories.
