Welcome!

Dear new students in the bachelor’s degree programme in Social Work,

We are pleased to provide you with some information about the upcoming introductory sessions for new students.

At the session, we will introduce the structure of the programme, provide guidance on planning your timetable, tell you about important contacts, and much more. To help you settle in quickly, you will soon become familiar with the university campus and meet many new people including your fellow students.

To ensure you do not begin this journey on your own, a team of highly motivated lecturers and dedicated student tutors will be on hand to support and guide you throughout these first days and beyond. The right information to help you get a good start!

The introductory session is mandatory and it will take place over three dates:

  • Thursday, 1 October, ca. 12.00 - 5.00 pm
  • Friday, 2 October, ca. 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
  • Monday, 5 October, ca. 12.00 - 7.00 pm
