CGI, Computer-Generated Imagery, is a new technique most often used to generate photorealistic images.

CGI allows us to open up new visual worlds and to formulate abstract content, ideas, and visions. This display technique involving photorealistic visualization opens up unimaginable possibilities. It combines traditional photography with new 3D display techniques. The aim is not to compete with the medium of photography, but to take the opportunity to expand upon the existing photographic process.

This method is the future wherever 3D data needs to be visualized and abstract image ideas implemented. CGI already heavily influences today’s advertising communications and shows further future potential in both the applied and artistic fields.
