Programme

The course provides an overview of the most important basic terms and contexts related to the application and development of hydrogen-based drive systems. Insights into the characteristics of hydrogen, current laws and regulations, current drive systems, and hydrogen conversion processes are also provided.

Objectives

Participants will be able to connect their experience with conventional drive systems with new basic knowledge of fuel cell-based drive systems. Furthermore, the course enables participants to contextualise characteristics of hydrogen-based drive systems in vehicles in a future hydrogen economy and hydrogen energy chain and to assess dependencies.
