Are you globally oriented? International degree programmes open up doors around the world!

Internationality is of great importance at the Ohm. Taking an internationally oriented bachelor’s or master’s degree programme gives you an opportunity to expand your horizons beyond your own culture. With the exception of the bachelor’s programme in International Business and Technology, all degree programmes listed below are taught entirely in English. The university also offers a broad range of double degrees consisting of a university-level qualification from both the Ohm and from an institution abroad.

Tuition fees for students from non-EU countries

At the Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm (the Ohm), tuition is charged for students from non-EU countries pursuant to Art. 13, para. 3 of the Bavarian Higher Education Innovation Act (BayHIG). The tuition fees are 500 euros per semester starting in winter semester 2024/25 for students who enrol in one of the following three degree programmes:

• B-IBT: International Business and Technology (B.Eng.)
• B-MEC: Mechanical Engineering (B.Eng.), international
• M-DDF: Design for Digital Futures (M.A.)

Tuition fees enable us to further improve the student experience and general environment for international students, especially as regards courses and student services.
