Your first port of call for all questions relating to your study programme.

The Student Advisory Service is your first port of call for all questions relating to applications, admission, and enrolment at Nuremberg Institute of Technology.

The Student Office is your central port of call for all questions relating to your degree programme, examinations, and internships.

You can find key information relating to all study-related questions on the Intranet. Our staff are also happy to help you face-to-face, by telephone or by e-mail. Should we be unable to solve your problem or concern straight away, we will refer you to the appropriate contact.

Due to the continuing coronavirus pandemic, as of 20 April 2020 lectures and all educational operations will be conducted exclusively in virtual or digital formats. Please check with your Faculty for information about relevant courses for your studies. No educational activities will take place on the university campus until further notice.
The Student Office and Student Advisory Service are closed to the public until further notice, but can of course be contacted by email and by telephone at the usual times. You will find our contact information further down this page.

To submit documents such as those for the practical semester, applications to the examination boards, or medical certificates, please scan them and send them from your university email account directly to studienbueroatth-nuernbergPunktde.
Since copy shops will also be closed, final theses (bachelor's/master's thesis) must, until further notice, only be submitted digitally in pdf format from your university email account to the first examiner and in cc to studienbueroatth-nuernbergPunktde. Please sign the declaration that you have produced the work yourself, scan it, and send it together with the thesis by email to the recipients named above.

We will send official certificates (final transcripts, exmatriculation letters, etc.) to you per post currently free of charge, but you will first receive an e-mail from us to request your current address. Final theses can be deposited directly into the mailbox in front of the Student Advisory Service.

Further important information about the start of courses and the consequences of the delay on your studies is available here.
