Space Syntax is a graph theory based on mathematical models that is used to investigate the relationships between room configuration and user behaviour. The computer-aided network models help to simulate collective activity patterns both at the urban level and within architectural structures. The understanding of the socio-spatial logic of the portfolio is heightened – effects of urban and architectural interventions can be recognized.
