How can I unblock my account?

Pick up new login information

In the Faculties

If you have not been on campus by Thursday, 18 November 2021, we will generate a letter with a new password for you, individually. You can collect this letter at the main office of your Faculty or the OHM Professional School.

In administration and services

If you are employed in Administration & Services, please go to the IT Service Desk. Please remember that you must present a photo ID in order to have your passwords reset. We cannot accept letters of authorization/proxy or similar.

Video-identification process for justified exceptions

In justified exceptional cases, should you only with unreasonable costs able to come to campus, because you are, for example, abroad for official reasons or related to your studies, we will offer video-chats to unblock your accounts.

Please contact the appropriate staff, if you are in a situation like this.

The video-identification verification process is complex and time-consuming; therefore longer waiting times are to be expected.
