Healthy university

For the Nuremberg Institute of Technology, maintaining the health and happiness of its faculty, employees, and students is a high priority. For this reason, in 2012, occupational health management measures were introduced at the university, such as courses on improving health or Office Fitness, a software for movement and stretching exercises at the workplace.
Since 2022, occupational health management has been systematically extended and developed into the University Health Management (HGM). In this effort, Nuremberg Tech is working in cooperation with the Techniker Krankenkasse.
