Tasks

A women’s representative pays attention at avoiding disadvantages for female scientists, teachers and students. Furthermore she or he (a man can be elected, too) supports the university administration to fulfill its tasks of accomplishing equal rights for women and men and to achieve the abolishment of existing disadvantages.

To overcome contemporary difficulties and to design the future it is necessary to mobilize and utilize the so far idle lying  potential of women to innovate and create.
